**Role & Responsibility**:

- Preparation of monthly Ind AS financial statement along with notes/schedules
- Preparation of technical Ind-AS workings
- Monthly detailed variance analysis of divisional revenue, gross margin and expenses
- Analytical review of ratios of financial performance and position of the Company
- Monthly presentations for internal reporting to management
- Co-ordinating with external and internal auditors for regular audits
- Partnering with business teams/ different departments to discuss accounting impacts and treatments in case of new transactions/ amendments/ regulations.
- Ensuring statutory compliances with respect to IT, GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
- Maintain reconciliation of all major items of financial statements
- Continuous review of customer and vendor balance confirmations and reconciliations
- Product costing, inventory valuation, NPPA pricing compliance, handling statutory compliance of cost audit, product cost optimisation/ cost benefit analysis.
- Setting up and ensuring adherence to internal controls/ ICFR
- Co-ordinating with different members of accounting team to review and ensure respective schedules are prepared/ maintained and adequately supported with backups.

**Knowledge & Skill**
- In-depth technical knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, Income-tax, GST and other legal compliances.
- Demonstrated working experience in accounting and controls.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective decision maker, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter with a mind-set of continuous improvement.
