Cost Accountant – Shivji Valji GroupJob TitleCost AccountantAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Cost Accountant to work across the group’s diverse verticals to help establish robust costing systems, project margin tracking, and financial reporting frameworks. This is a foundational finance role that supports leadership in pricing, profitability analysis, and ERP readiness.Responsibilities- Build and maintain job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets- Track material, labor, transport, and overheads per project- Allocate shared costs across business verticals- Create standard cost templates and monitor budget vs. actual- Coordinate with operations and logistics to validate cost data- Support ERP implementation for costing modules- Prepare monthly cost reports for leadershipQualifications- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) preferred- 3–6 years in cost accounting, preferably in infra, construction, or rentals- ERP exposure (Tally Prime) is a plusRequired Skills- Strong grasp of cost accounting principles- Experience in project-based or rental-driven businesses- Advanced Excel and cost reporting skills- Understanding of logistics, inventory, and shared cost allocation- Hands-on, self-starter with systems-building mindsetPreferred Skills- Proactive margin tracking and loss prevention- Systemized reports aligned to ERP structure- Clear, actionable monthly insights for leadershipPay range and compensation packageLocation: Mumbai (Dadar)Employment Type: Full-TimeTo submit your applications send your resume with cc to can also call on to know furtherAbout Shivji Valji GroupShivji Valji Group is a 115+ year old legacy organization and a market leader in weather protection and modular infrastructure solutions in India.
