The Packaging Assistant will oversee and execute efficient packaging processes while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. This role involves managing labor, maintaining records and ensure error-free packaging operations to meet daily production targets at Fazlani Foods Division.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Labor**: Supervise and coordinate labor on the packaging line to ensure smooth operations.
- **Packaging Operations**: Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure error-free printing on all packaging materials.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct routine quality checks and ensure all materials meet packaging specifications.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory records of packaging materials (PM) and work-in-progress (WIP) stock.
- **Hygiene and Cleaning**: Ensure the cleaning of the packaging area is performed by the labor team as per food safety standards.
- **Daily Targets**: Achieve daily packaging targets by optimizing workflow and addressing bottlenecks promptly.
- **Record Maintenance**: Accurately fill printing records and verify inward and outward material movements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in food packaging or a similar role (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices and packaging equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams effectively.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
