**About the Job**:

- Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate the full scope of solutions and services to meet customer business goals and achieve company sales objectives, including sales volume and market share.
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business,
- Projects/commercial sector including Education, Retail & other corporate clients.
- Target and contact key decision makers and develop positive relationships to secure the sale of offerings.
- Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity; provide progress and execution updates.
- Present and close sales opportunities with corporate customers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of security, Fire, automation (IBMS) & Networking industry trends to ensure full discovery and understanding of customers primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements.
- Interact with End Users, architects, consultants to understand their requirements & design Fire, Safety, Security, Automation solutions as per requirements.
- Map all the major corporate clients in the region and prepare a plan with the team to develop business with those accounts.
- Focus on Monthly sales targets and derive the strategy to achieve the same.

**About You**:

- You should be: Graduate in any stream preferably MBA in marketing.
- Should have excellent communication skills & Should have good command over the English/Hindi
- Ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate solutions, and position as provider of choice.
- Proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management.
- Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
- Effective sales negotiation and closing techniques.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and articulate energy solutions.
- Travel required in PAN India.
