Identify and develop sources of potential clients. - Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to convert sales. - Maintain regular contact with Key Clients. - Effectively communicate with customers via telephone, face-to-face interaction, and written communication. - Develop and maintain relationships with the customer. - Overcome customer resistance/objections to products & services. - Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities. - Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by the Head - of Business Development. - Maintain a database of upcoming conferences & trade shows in the territory. - Be able to match appropriate products & services to clients’ requirements. - Be able to demonstrate a full knowledge of all products, and services with relevant selling points and benefits. - Maintain current and accurate knowledge of competitor products & services, be able to highlight their disadvantages and promote important advantages. - Keep abreast of competitor activity and recommend any necessary tactical action required. - Maintain a current and accurate technical knowledge of products & services. - Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities. - Daily planning & execution of sales strategies to make efficient use of the working day. - Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients. Handle correspondence related to all selling activities. - Maintain a high standard of personal presentation. Represent in a professional manner at all times. - Liaise with other members of the Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information, and increase professionalism. - Undertake all responsibilities concerning procedures. - Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company’s Health and Safety. - Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record the same in line with Company Policy. - Provide on-time daily, weekly & amp; monthly reports to his/her reporting manager. - Present complete territory analysis (SWOT) & requirements in the quarterly review meeting Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Compensation Package: - Bonus pay - Performance bonus Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Marketing: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9307002601 Expected Start Date: 14/12/2024
