**DTP Operator for School**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Typing and Formatting**:

- Accurately type and format documents, ensuring error-free content and adherence to school standards.
- Efficiently handle large volumes of text while maintaining an error-free high typing speed.
- **Mathematical and Scientific Content**:

- Use specialized tools like MathType or equivalent software to type mathematical equations and notations with precision.
- Ensure proper alignment and clarity in academic content, particularly in math.
- **Graphic Design and Image Editing**:

- Use graphic design tools such as CorelDRAW or Photoshop to create and edit visuals, diagrams, and educational materials.
- Design layouts for school documents, including newsletters, certificates, worksheets, banners, and other academic resources.
- **MCQ Correction**:

- Perform correction of MCQ answer sheets using both machine-based and manual methods.
- **MS Office and Google Suite**:

- Proficiently use MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing documents, presentations, and data management.
- Create and edit Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides for collaborative work and efficient content sharing.
- **Excel and Data Management**:

- Use MS Excel and Google Sheets for organizing and managing data, such as student records, question banks, and academic schedules.
- Create basic formulas, filters, and tables to streamline data management processes.
- **Document Review and Proofreading**:

- Review and proofread typed content, including academic and non-academic documents, to eliminate errors in spelling, grammar, or formatting.
- Ensure all materials meet the school’s standards for accuracy and presentation.
- **Presentation Preparation**:

- Prepare engaging PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for academic and administrative use.
- Incorporate multimedia elements like images, charts, and videos into presentations.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with teachers and administrators to understand requirements and deliver high-quality academic materials.
- Incorporate feedback effectively into designs and content.
- **Printing and Production**:

- Prepare documents and layouts for printing, ensuring proper file formats and settings for high-quality output.
- Oversee the printing process and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- **File Organization and Backup**:

- Maintain a well-organized file system for all digital and physical documents.
- Perform regular backups of important files and ensure secure data storage.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Stay updated on modern publishing tools and techniques to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Use cloud storage and collaboration tools effectively for seamless teamwork.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Typing Speed**: Proficient in typing with high speed and mínimal errors.
- **Software Expertise**: Proficiency in MathType, CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- **Data Management**: Basic knowledge of data organization and formulas in Excel and Google Sheets.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong commitment to accuracy in formatting, proofreading, and data entry.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Strong communication skills to work efficiently with teachers, staff, and administrators.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in educational institutions or similar environments is preferred.
- **Adaptability**: Familiarity with modern publishing tools and eagerness to learn new technologies as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
