**Position**:DTP Operator

**Location**: Whitespace Brand Consulting, Koramangala

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Design and Layout:
Create and format documents, brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, and other materials for print and digital use.

Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

2) Software Proficiency:
Utilize desktop publishing tools like Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.

Prepare and convert files for printing or online publication.

3) Content Integration:
Incorporate text, images, and graphics into layouts provided by the design team or client.

Edit and proofread materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

4) Pre-Press Preparation:
Prepare final files for print production, ensuring correct resolution, bleed, and color profiles.

Collaborate with printers to resolve any technical or file-related issues.

5) File Management:
Organize and maintain an archive of completed projects and source files for easy access and future use.

6) Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver accordingly.

Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely project completion.

7) Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks to ensure all outputs meet technical and design standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, or related fields.

**Technical Skills**:
1) Proficiency in desktop publishing and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, MS Publisher).

2) Knowledge of pre-press and printing processes.

**Soft Skills**:
1) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

2) Good communication and teamwork skills.

3) Problem-solving and adaptability under tight schedules.

**Experience**:
2-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
