**Responsibilities**:

- Call participants who have shown interest in **Beast Drive - The Survival Run Competition** and provide event details.
- Guide them through the registration and payment process.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the database.
- Follow up with potential participants to confirm entries.
- Achieve daily and weekly registration/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and event teams for smooth execution and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada/Tamil/Telegu/Malayalam.
- Confident, energetic, and result-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Freshers and students passionate about sales, events, or marketing are welcome.
