**Job Description: Anaplan Job Support (Part-Time)**

**Position**: Anaplan Job Support
**Employment Type**: Part-Time
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day
**Location**: Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Anaplan support for clients or internal teams, assisting with issues related to Anaplan models, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Anaplan-related technical issues.
- Assist in the development and optimization of Anaplan models to ensure efficient and accurate performance.
- Help users with training and answering questions about Anaplan features, best practices, and functionalities.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of all assigned tasks or tickets during the designated support hours (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday).
- Maintain documentation and user guides related to Anaplan models or issues for future reference.
- Provide solutions for enhancements, process improvements, and new feature integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest Anaplan features and functionalities to ensure optimal support for users.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with Anaplan, including hands-on experience with building, maintaining, and troubleshooting models.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, data integration, and system administration.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time, remote work setting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to provide support and train users remotely.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Anaplan's integration tools and third-party integration platforms is a plus.

Desired Skills:

- Certification in Anaplan Model Builder or Anaplan Architecture is a plus.
- Familiarity with business planning and forecasting processes.
- Experience in handling Anaplan issues across different industries.
