**What is the job about?**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement robust master planning schedule aligned with business objectives and customer demands.

- Should be a SME in SAP MM and PP module within the area of responsibility.

- Close co-ordination with Supply Chain COE team for process improvement through automation and digitalisation for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancements.

- Utilize advanced planning tools and systems, including SAP, to optimize inventory levels, production schedules, resource allocation and SNP accuracy.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging RPA, AI, and chatbot technologies to automate routine tasks and enhance decision-making.

- Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for problem solving obtaining results

- Track performance of manufacturing processes and benchmark against best in class of others in the Industry.

- Stay up with of industry trends and best practices in master planning and supply chain management

**Your Background**:

**Must be a bachelor’s degree graduate preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

- Must have at least 5~8 years of experience of proven track record in supply chain.

Knowledge in SAP PP/MM module.
