Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Academic Counseling and Advising**:

- Advise students on selecting appropriate overseas academic programs based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
- Assist students in understanding academic structures, credit transfers, and the degree requirements of institutions abroad.
- Provide guidance on program-specific requirements, deadlines, and prerequisites for various international universities and academic institutions.
- **Application Process Assistance**:

- Review and assess students' academic profiles to recommend the best-fit institutions and programs.
- Provide guidance on standardized tests (e.g., GRE, TOEFL, IELTS) and ensure students understand admission requirements.
- **Visa and Immigration Guidance**:

- Offer counseling on visa and immigration requirements for students planning to study abroad.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and advise students accordingly.
- **Career Planning and Academic Success**:

- Guide students in understanding the potential career paths available upon completion of their international studies, including internship opportunities, post-study work visas, and professional certifications.
- Counsel students on balancing academic workload with extracurricular activities to enhance overall university experience.
- Offer strategies for coping with academic challenges and adjusting to different educational systems abroad.
- **Pre-Departure Orientation and Preparation**:

- Organize and conduct pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for life abroad, including cultural differences, academic expectations, and social integration.
- Provide resources and support for students regarding accommodation, travel, health insurance, and financial planning before departure.
- **Cross-Cultural Adjustment and Support**:

- Provide emotional and academic support to students adjusting to life in a new cultural and academic environment.
- Monitor student well-being and offer solutions to address issues such as culture shock, homesickness, and academic stress while studying overseas.
- **Liaison with International Institutions**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities and educational institutions to stay informed about program offerings, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between students and foreign academic institutions for matters related to admissions, course registrations, and academic requirements.
- **Ongoing Student Support**:

- Provide post-arrival support to students studying abroad, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed academically and socially.
- Serve as a point of contact for students during their studies abroad to resolve academic, social, or emotional challenges.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports and assessments related to student performance and program effectiveness.
- **Event Planning and Workshops**:

- Conduct information sessions for students and parents about studying abroad and the academic benefits of international education

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
