**Objective**:Connect with potential learners, stakeholders, and educational institutions to promote courses, facilitate enrollments, and schedule appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Outreach:

- Call potential learners to explain course features like live training, freelancing guidance, and certification.
- Address inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into enrollments.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Coordinate with trainers for scheduling sessions and updates.
- Communicate with partners, institutions, and colleges to build relationships and promote courses.
- Appointment Scheduling:

- Contact colleges and training institutes to introduce courses and fix appointments for meetings with the sales or partnership team.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a calendar of appointments.
- Sales and Training Support:

- Assist learners with the enrollment process, payment queries, and onboarding.
- Provide pre-training information (e.g., schedules, access links) and collect post-training feedback.
- Database and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, enrollments, and stakeholder interactions.
- Share daily/weekly performance reports, including scheduled appointments and follow-ups.

**Requirement**:

- At least graduate in any stream
- Min 1 year of experience as a tele caller
- EdTech experience preferred
- Fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi
- **Skills Required**: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
