**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Must have work as Senior Manager or AGM positions
- Must have real estate experience
- Oversee day-to-day sales to better understand the market and grow the business.
- Coordinating with marketing, sales, CRM and channel sales teams, interms of lead generation activities, site visits, closings, collections.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections and provide necessary training and support for enhancing their performance.
- Try to Accomplish the 100% sales target/ improve the sales turnover on time by effective planning, implementing evaluating managing resources.
- Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing Duties and Responsibilities.

Implements overall sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Ensuring the maximum sales by providing efficient sales operations for achieving allocated target, including acquisitions, retention, up sell & cross sell.

Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers. Leading price negotiations with clients and establishing excellent working relationships with them.
- Adopting feasible sales strategies by analyzing the potential of the client /product through consistent market research.

Handling customer queries for better turnaround time and customer satisfaction. To increase channel partner (CP) network for effective sales and PR activities with CPs on periodical basis for sales initiative and market intelligence.

Encourage Channel partners for various events and outdoor activities. Analyzing every customer complaint and suggesting process improvements. Raising the bar and establishing world class service standards.
- Interacting with the clients on a regular basis & proactively helping customers to achieve highest ROI.
- Keep a close tab on the external environment and understand the Real estate market in the zone handled.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
