-Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, technicians, or analysts, assigning tasks and providing training and guidance.
-Develop and implement quality performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
-Investigate and analyze quality issues or defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with other departments to implement quality-enhancing measures.
