**About the CEO and Co-Founder**:
Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all night shift production activities.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and maintain discipline on the floor.
- Implement safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in production supervision (preferably in FMCG/Food Industry).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in **night shift**.
**Work Location Bhandup, Mumbai.**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
