**Job summary**

Senior Client Relations will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional client relationship management abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1.** Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, propose solutions that meet their requirements.

- Concept development based on client requirements.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives.

2. Sales Generation and Targets:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand client base.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
- Actively pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals to potential clients.

3. Issue Resolution:

- Investigate and resolve client issues and complaints, aiming for quick resolution and client satisfaction.
- Escalate issues as needed to appropriate internal departments and ensure follow-up until resolved.

4. Client Onboarding
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients, proactively engage through various channels.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving common goals.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generated, and pipeline status.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in client service management or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Working Conditions**:
