As a Client Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, coordinate with internal teams, and help execute effective digital marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, analytics) to execute client campaigns effectively.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for upselling services.
- Assist in the creation of client presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
- Handle client feedback and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
