**What can I expect from this role?**:
In this role, you will be a part of the Business Operations & Customer Success function at Nymble with some of your responsibilities being:

- Enabling the infrastructure needed to conduct a) Customer field trials & b) Launch GTMs for the product. This would include but not be limited to setting up vendor/supply chain management in the launch geography(USA), payments infrastructure management, setting up business processes, and logistics execution.
- Shaping business cases basis projected cost and initial pricing frameworks
- Own the data synthesis and business reporting from ongoing consumer subscriptions of the product.
- Working with Customer Success teams to enable customer facing communications and demonstrations of the product.
- Handle customer requests coming in through the app to fulfil any support requirements.
- Effectively document communications & manage the customer lifecycle pipeline through CRMs.
- Apart from this, all employees in the function are put through 3-6 month hands on stint on supporting our product's Beta customers who reside in the SF Bay Area, USA.

- 1-2 year of experience(Associate)/2-4 years of experience(Specialist)
- Excellent communication skills
- this is an external facing role
- Professional writing skills
- Ability to derive and synthesize conclusions from large datasets and turning out professional PowerPoint presentations
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Experience with CRMs or 24*7 contact centre environment is a plus
- Willingness to work on US timings (10 pm to 7 AM IST)
