**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day distributor sales operations for PAC products across assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and ensure regular order flow.
- Identify and onboard new distributors in untapped or underperforming markets.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve distributor and customer queries related to product, pricing, and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, customer care) to support distributor needs.
- Manage, guide, and oversee the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are met and processes are followed effectively.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to junior sales team members.
- Motivate the team to drive sales performance and ensure smooth coordination between field and office teams.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports and market feedback.
- Represent the brand professionally and ensure consistent brand visibility and reach.

**Requirement**:

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Proven experience in distributor/channel sales
- Ability to handle multiple clients/distributors efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
