BeSpoke AI Stylist is a next-generation **AI-powered fashion-tech startup** transforming how people manage their wardrobes, plan outfits, and express their individuality.
Our platform brings together **AI Styling, Virtual Try-On, Wardrobe Sync, and Personalized Commerce** — redefining fashion personalization for Gen Z and Millennials worldwide.

**Role Overview**

You’ll work closely with the Founder & CEO to define product strategy, oversee all tech development, and ensure BeSpoke’s systems are secure, scalable, and future-ready.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and lead the engineering and AI R&D teams across backend, frontend, and ML stack.
- Architect and scale BeSpoke’s platform — Closet Management, AI Stylist, Virtual Try-On, Planner, and Commerce modules.
- Oversee infrastructure on AWS / Azure / Cloudinary; ensure cost-effective and reliable deployment pipelines.
- Lead integration of computer vision & recommendation AI for outfit recognition and personalized styling.
- Establish engineering best practices, documentation standards, and code quality processes.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Plan technical budgets, timelines, and hiring roadmaps aligned with the company’s launch milestones.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI image generation, AR/VR try-ons, and fashion data science.
- Represent BeSpoke AI Stylist in tech partnerships, investor meetings, and accelerator programs.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 7 + years of hands-on experience in software engineering or AI systems (preferably consumer-tech / B2C products).
- Strong command of **Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, AWS (ECS, S3, Lambda)**, and modern frontend stacks (React / Next.js).
- Proven track record in **AI/ML**, **computer vision**, or **recommendation systems**.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, scalability, and security.
- Prior experience leading engineering teams or working as a technical co-founder / Head of Engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a founder-mindset.

- Startup or early-stage experience; thrives in fast, iterative environments.
- Familiarity with AR/VR, fashion AI, or e-commerce platforms.
- Passion for blending creativity, data, and design into user-centric technology.
