Job Profile
- Provide update to management about the availability and requirement of funds.
- Prepare funds utilization statement.
- Compile, analyze and submit accounting reports/data to finance department for decision making.
- Coordinate with banks and manage banking related tasks as per requirement. Ensure bank reconciliation is performed monthly and accounts/records are updated.
- Ensure bills received from suppliers, contractors, vendors are checked and payment is processed only after approval from management.

- Monitor the accounting processes related to receipts and payments and ensure completion of tasks as per work schedule.
- Ensure petty cash is issued properly and all records are maintained. Ensure payments are received as per the given schedule.
- Check income and expenditure statement of all departments and provide reports to management as per requirement.
- Check and verify the salary of team and process the payment as per schedule.
- Complete the accounting processes/postings and ensure ontime payment of statutory compliance.
- Prepare, verify and ensure ontime payment of GST/Other payments.
- Provide data and support to CA for taxation and maintain all the accounting records.
- Ensure all the statutory audits are conducted on time and do the compliance on priority.
- Monitor the ongoing work processes/systems and do the continual improvement to improve performance.
- Remaining up-to-date on current developments, trends, and technology in the field of accounting.
- MIS & Reporting Maintain and update all the accounting transaction/records. Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to CFO/management in the decided format.
- Software knowledge Tally ERP

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
