**Job Title**: Front Office Receptionist
**Location**: Sirpi Cosmetic Surgery Centre, 1335 G&F, Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore - 641004

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly.
- Manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate consultation timings.
- Maintain patient records and assist in data entry and report generation.
- Follow up with patients post-procedure for reviews and feedback.
- Explain basic procedural details, packages, and offers to patients.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and maintain petty cash records.
- Coordinate between departments for smooth patient flow.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in social media reply handling and basic customer engagement (optional).

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Diploma holder (Any field - Healthcare or Hospitality preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or reception role (healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency in **English, Tamil, and Hindi** is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with hospital management systems is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude and grooming.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment.

**Work Hours**:
Monday to Saturday - 10 AM to 8 PM
Sunday - Based on prior scheduling (optional/rotational)

**Salary**:
As per experience and industry standards. Incentives for performance and referrals may be provided.
