Dispatch Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the movement of goods or services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery or service dispatch. They manage dispatch schedules, prepare documentation, and communicate with drivers, clients, and internal departments to maintain smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

- **Scheduling and Dispatch**: Planning and executing the dispatch of goods or services according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
- **Documentation**: Preparing and maintaining shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- **Communication**: Coordinating with drivers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities and shipments.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and procedures.
- **Problem Solving**: Addressing and resolving issues related to dispatch, such as delays or discrepancies.
- **Monitoring**: Tracking the status of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**: In some cases, may be involved in managing inventory and ensuring sufficient stock for dispatch.
- **Coordination**: Liaising between different departments within the logistics operation.
- **Customer Service**: Providing information to customers about their deliveries or services.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
