**Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India**

**Shift Timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- 1-4years of proven US IT Recruiter experience
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages and extending offers.
- sourcing from all major job portals, making job postings on the job portal.
- Having direct contact with T1 vendors or Implementation partner and generating new relationships with new vendors.
- Well-versed with the tax terms like W2 / 1099 / Corp to Corp.
- Experience working with Implementation partner and Tier 1 vendors

**Note: All positions are for US Shift and Salary will be finalized based on interview performance & Experience (Salary as per industry standard) we did not have work from home option**
- Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors and consultants.
- Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
