Day Shift: 3 openings

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Pipeline Management:Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that opportunities are moved through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with the latest IT solutions, services, and market trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with marketing, sales engineering, and technical teams to create customized solutions for customers and close deals effectively.
- Reporting & Forecasting:Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports on sales activities, and forecast future sales performance.
- Market Research:Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies for growth.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Sales Experience:0-2 years of experience in inside sales,preferably in the IT industry or tech-related products and services.
- Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with IT products and solutions such as cloud services, software, hardware, and cybersecurity solutions.
- CRM Proficiency:Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Negotiation Skills:Ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Time Management:Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Problem Solving:Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Team Player:Collaborative, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Self-Motivated:Goal-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degreein Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS or Cloud Solutionsis a plus.
- Fluency in additional languagesis an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
