- Architect / Technical Lead with 8+ years overall IT experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals (mandatory)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/CSM) (preferred)
- Completion of at least one of the following:

- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist
- Certified Application Developer
- System Administration Advanced
- Telecom domain knowledge (preferred)
- Hands-on experience of development and delivery for E2E implementation of various modules in ServiceNow. Experience in B2B Integration.
- Experience on ServiceNow App Engine
- Implemented B2B Integrations with Customers / Partners using REST/SOAP and JSON/XML
- Javascript, Angular knowledge
- Java, Spring development experience (preferred)
- Cloud knowledge (GCP/Azure preferred)
- Unix Shell scripting
- DevOps supporting tools experience - Git, K8, Docker, YAML, etc.
- ITIL certification is preferred
- Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
- Experience in incident response and demonstrated broad problem-solving skills, including error examination, analysis and technical recommendations on the ServiceNow platform or related systems.

- Analysis of functional requirement specifications received from Service Owners, Business & proposing the technical feasibility and solution.
- Individuals will work in a team environment with analysts and developers to deliver modifications of catalog items as well as contributing to more strategic solutions in the portal.
- Will lead other developers, perform code reviews, guide, and lead decisions for ServiceNow platform.
- Review of all documentation functional and technical requirements to ensure the team delivers new and enhanced deliverables correctly and on time.

Improve the overall colleague experience by partnering with ITSM process owners and IT support partners
