**Responsibilities**:

- **System Administration**:

- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of MIS systems through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and formats.
- **Database Management**:

- Design, develop, and maintain databases to store and organize organizational data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data validation and cleansing activities.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and other techniques.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of MIS systems and procedures.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements to MIS systems.
- Conduct user training and provide support to ensure effective utilization of MIS tools.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data security policies.
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information stored in MIS systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address security vulnerabilities.

**Skills Required**:
❖ Good with EXCEL

❖ Good knowledge of different excel formulas

❖ Have knowledge of Macros, if possible

❖ Thorough Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

❖ Should know Pivot Tables

❖ Background in Mathematics will help

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Management Information Systems, databases, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in database administration or business intelligence tools are a plus.

**Experience**:3-5 years Working Experience as MIS.

**Salary**:The salary of the MIS can be varied depending upon experience and it should be

between Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
