**Patient Support & Advocacy**:Providing ongoing support to patients and their families, developing individualized care plans, and helping them understand and navigate their medical conditions and treatment options.
- **Program Management**:Overseeing therapy and patient support programs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and providing guidance to counseling staff.
- **Healthcare Coordination**:Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensuring all patient-related activities, documentation, and programs adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records and progress reports.
- **Patient Education**:Informing patients about their conditions, treatment procedures, and healthy coping mechanisms.
- **Leadership & Development**:Supervising and supporting counseling teams, and conducting professional development for staff.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**:A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- **Experience**:A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a therapeutic, counseling, or healthcare support setting.
- **Licensure/Certification**:Required state-specific licensure or certification in a relevant healthcare discipline.
- **Communication**:Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- **Collaboration**:Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in patient record-keeping and familiarity with medical practice management software is often required.
- **Clinical Knowledge**:Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and current research in healthcare and mental health

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
