Public Relations Officer

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in iServeU, your role would be to manage the company's external communication and public image. Managing media relations: You would be the main point of contact for media inquiries and would need to establish and maintain positive relationships with journalists and reporters. This would involve pitching story ideas, coordinating interviews, and arranging press events, as well as monitoring media coverage and preparing reports on media activities. Crisis management: As a PRO, you would need to be prepared to handle crisis situations that may arise, such as negative media coverage, customer complaints, or other reputational risks. This would involve developing crisis communication plans, coordinating responses, and managing internal and external communication during crises. Content creation: You would be responsible for creating and editing PR materials, such as press releases, speeches, articles, and social media content. You would need to ensure that all communication materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company's brand voice and messaging. Corporate events and sponsorships: You may be involved in planning and executing corporate events, such as product launches, conferences, and industry seminars.
