**About Us**:
Urbanhab Designs is a leading architectural design studio focused on creating innovative and sustainable spaces. We're looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to bring our design concepts to life.

As a 3D Visualizer, you will create realistic 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior design projects. You will collaborate with the design team and present high-quality visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Escape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop 3D models and renderings for both interior and exterior projects.
- Use Lumion and Escape for rendering (please include at least 2 projects using these tools in your portfolio).
- Work closely with the design team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality visuals, focusing on lighting, textures, and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Escape.
- Experience in rendering 3D visualizations for architectural and interior design projects.
- Minimum of 2 projects completed in Lumion or Escape (please include in your portfolio).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
