Job Title: NA & KNR (Baby Care)

Job Overview:
*Responsibilities:*

1. Pateint Care:

- Diapering, feeding, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patient.
- Following established routines and schedules for feeding and sleeping for patient.
- Monitoring and addressing the individual needs of the patient.

2. Safety and Hygiene:

- Implementing proper hygiene practices to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
- Adhering to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the baby care area.

3. Communication:

- Regularly updating family on their patient's activities, development, and any concerns.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent care and communication.

4. Developmental Activities:

- Planning and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities.
- Encouraging social interaction and fostering a stimulating environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in baby care or early childhood education preferred.
- Marksheet of Class 10/12
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.

**Requirements**:

- Background check and clearances required.
- Ability to lift and carry infants and perform physical tasks associated with baby care.
- Flexibility with work hours, as needed.
