**Full Job Description**

Job Title: Newborn Baby Nurse

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Newborn Baby Nurse to provide exceptional care for a newborn baby in Dubai. As a Newborn Baby Nurse, you will be responsible for the overall well-being, health, and development of the baby. Your role will involve providing expert guidance to the parents, ensuring the baby's safety, and creating a nurturing environment for their growth. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, dedication, and a deep understanding of newborn care.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Provide comprehensive care to the newborn baby, including feeding, bathing, changing diapers, and soothing techniques.

Ø Monitor the baby's health, ensuring proper weight gain, and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.

Ø Develop and maintain a feeding schedule, ensuring the baby receives adequate
nutrition and follows appropriate feeding techniques.

Ø Assist the parents in establishing healthy sleep patterns and implementing a suitable
sleep routine.

Ø Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the parents or healthcare
professionals.

Ø Observe and document the baby's development milestones, including motor skills,
sensory development, and cognitive abilities.

Ø Educate and guide the parents on newborn care practices, such as breastfeeding,
burping techniques, and hygiene.

Ø Maintain a clean and safe environment for the baby, ensuring all equipment, toys, and
surfaces are sanitized regularly.

Ø Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including pediatricians and lactation
consultants, as required.

Ø Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in newborn care through
continuous learning and professional development.

Ø Requirements:
Ø Proven experience as a Newborn Baby Nurse or similar role, with a strong background
in newborn care.

Ø Valid B.Sc. Nursing license or certification from a recognized institution.

Ø Knowledge of infant nutrition, breastfeeding techniques, and safe sleep practices.

Ø Ability to handle newborn emergencies and provide first aid, if necessary.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport
with parents and family members.

Ø Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks
effectively.

Ø High level of patience, empathy, and sensitivity towards the baby's needs.

Ø Flexibility to work during irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 5 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License B.Sc (preferred)
