We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented fresher with an LLB degree to assist with society formalities and communication tasks. This role involves coordination with residential communities/societies and handling legal documentation and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in handling **society/community formalities** for project handovers and approvals.
- Prepare and manage **handover and documentation formalities** with societies and resident associations.
- Communicate with customers and society representatives, both **written and verbal**, in a professional manner.
- Draft and review basic legal documents and ensure compliance with local housing society norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and legal handover processes.
- Maintain proper records of legal and society documentation.

**Required Skills**:

- Good understanding of legal basics related to housing societies.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written).
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Willingness to learn and interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
