Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
Assist senior legal counsel in legal proceedings, documentation, and client representation.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparations and strategy development.

Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with RERA regulations and guidelines.

Participate in client consultations, hearings, and negotiations.

Support in drafting legal opinions, contracts, and agreements.

Stay updated on legal developments, precedents, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.

Admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra.

Strong understanding of RERA regulations and real estate laws.

Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.

Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
