We are expanding our offerings to include a comprehensive Digital Marketing course and seek a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing Mentor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students enrolled in our online Digital Marketing course. This includes delivering engaging online sessions, providing personalized feedback, facilitating discussions, and fostering a supportive learning environment. As we grow, this role may evolve to include mentoring students in offline/hybrid settings as well.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Deliver the pre-designed curriculum in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- **Student Support**: Provide individualized mentorship and support to students, answering their questions, providing feedback on assignments, and offering guidance on their learning journey.
- **Community Building**: Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment by encouraging student interaction and facilitating discussions.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and quizzes, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Content Development**: Contribute to the improvement and updating of course content, ensuring it remains relevant and aligned with industry best practices.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ever-evolving field of digital marketing.
- **Offline Transition (Future)**: As Diginet expands to offline/hybrid courses, the mentor will be expected to adapt their teaching style and provide mentorship in person, potentially including classroom instruction, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (essential) and English (preferred).
- **Online Teaching Skills**: Experience with online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms) and the ability to create engaging online learning experiences.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A genuine passion for sharing knowledge and helping others learn.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic online environment and transition to offline teaching as needed.
