**Experience Required**: 0-3 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Back Office Coordinator (Female)** to support our sales team and help drive business growth. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and client management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage client accounts and ensure smooth communication.
- Preparation of Quotation
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, client proposals, and follow-up documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client data and interaction history.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and client presentations for the sales team.
- Assist in order processing, delivery tracking, and post-sale service.
- Liaise with internal departments (Project, Purchase, finance) to ensure seamless service.
- Support in creating and distributing promotional materials or sales campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to learn.
**Preferred**:
- Prior internship or experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Multilingual skills (if applicable to the job location/clients).
**Note**:
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
