**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyzes first level problems for all systems (according to service agreements) and resolves/routes as appropriate.
- Develops Supporting Systems Management Processes specific to client requirements and performs I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate and batch management when required.
- Manage and monitor storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
- Create dashboards and provide reporting for storage usage, performance, and capacity.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 4+ years of experience in supporting Storage and Backup enterprise environment
- Level 1 experience with Dell Unity and Cisco MDS fabric switches.
- Good knowledge of SAN/NAS architectures, protocols (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS), and multi-protocol storage environments.
- Familiarity with storage monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceOne or more Backup & Storage certification will be good to have.
