
Client Servicing Executive

We’re looking for a smart, results-oriented Client Servicing Executive who shall complete the vital link between the agency and its clients. He/ she will be responsible for fulfilling clients’ needs and expectations while managing the day-to-day client interaction and collaborating with internal teams.
**Primary Role**:
- Own the client relationship and sustain the growth
- Maintain a regular communication channel with clients
- Manage, strategise and improve brand awareness and visibility
- Effectively present and sell ideas to clients
- Communicate with clients on service expectations and feedback
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interact with clients daily and build close and trusted relationship
- Manage clients’ day-to-day creative requirements
- Be able to take detailed briefs from clients and share with creative teams
- Present creative works to clients for approval / modification
- Support the Account Director to develop strategies and campaigns
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication and share progress reports
- Ensure timely deliveries of posts, creatives and campaigns
**Knowledge/ Skill Set Required**:
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Deep understanding of traditional and digital media
- 4-6 years of experience in a creative or digital agency
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Thrive on working independently and pressure environment
- Able to handle multiple projects smoothly and thoroughly
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
