We are looking for **Client Service Executive**, who have at least **2 years of Exp**.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Building and managing **strong relationships** with clients with regards to conventional and digital projects
- Collecting regular **feedback** from clients and sharing the insights for **development**.
- Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination
- **Responsible** for **revenue generation/ payment collection** from the **existing customers**.
- Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing **monthly reports**.

**Skills**:

- Creative thinking and **analytical problem** solving
- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills**:

- Sound business acumen; **strategic skills**:

- Proficient with **MS Office & reporting**:

- Exceptionally good with creating and delivering **presentations**

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
