**Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation & Setup**:

- Operate **CNC laser cutting machines** to cut and shape metal parts.
- Set up machine parameters for **different materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.)**.

**Programming & Calibration**:

- Read and interpret **technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files**.
- Adjust cutting speed, power, and focus to optimize **material usage and minimize waste**.
- Ensure precision by calibrating the machine and adjusting settings as needed.

**Quality Control & Maintenance**:

- Inspect final products for **accuracy, smooth edges, and correct dimensions**.
- Perform **routine maintenance** on the CNC laser machine, including cleaning lenses and checking gas levels.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues to prevent downtime.

**Safety & Efficiency**:

- Follow **safety protocols** while operating the laser machine.
- Maintain a **clean and organized** workspace.
- Work with engineers and fabricators to **improve workflow and efficiency**.

**Requirements**:
✔ **Experience**: 6 months-2 years of experience in CNC laser cutting (preferred).
✔ **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with **laser cutting software, CNC programming, and blueprint reading**.
✔ **Skills**: Ability to work with **AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD/CAM software** is a plus.
✔ **Physical Requirements**: Ability to **stand for long hours, lift materials, and work in a manufacturing environment**.
✔ **Education**: High school diploma or **certification in CNC machining, welding, or fabrication** (preferred).
