**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze **market trends** and identify opportunities to improve brand reach.
- Maintain **digital records, filing systems, and create analysis reports**.
- Coordinate with the **sales and office team** to ensure smooth marketing execution.
- Visit **sites and other offices** when required for inspections and meetings.
- Assist in maintaining **social media presence and online promotions**.
- Monitor and report on **marketing performance, lead generation, and conversion rates**.
- Ensure **clear and professional communication** in both English & Hindi.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent **written and spoken English** with good grammar.
- Fluency in **Hindi** for effective communication.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** for reports and data analysis.
- Ability to **manage digital records and filing systems**.
- Willingness to **visit sites and offices** for marketing coordination.
- A **team player** with good organizational and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business, or a related field**.
- 1-3 years of experience in **digital marketing, administration, or customer communication**.
