Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving inbound traffic, and generating leads through various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage and create content for the company's digital platforms, including social media, email, and website.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to execute campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, traffic, engagement).
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular marketing activity reports and presentations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships count).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
