**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Student Counseling & Profiling**
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic background, financial status, and career aspirations.
- Assess student eligibility for admissions based on country-specific and university-specific requirements.
- Recommend suitable programs and universities in countries like Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Ireland, Latvia, Netherlands and others.

**2. Admission Process Coordination**
- Assist in preparing SOPs, LORs, and resumes where needed.

**3. Visa Counseling & Filing**
- Explain country-specific visa processes, documentation, timelines, and legal formalities.
- Guide students in preparing financial documents, accommodation proofs, insurance, and other visa requirements.
- Verify all documents before submission to avoid delays or rejections.

**4. Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong communication and rapport with students and their parents throughout the admission and visa process.
- Provide post-visa guidance related to pre-departure, travel, and arrival formalities.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.

**5. Institutional Liaison**
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with European institutions, embassies, and visa centers.
- Keep up to date with changes in admission and visa regulations for various European countries.

**6. Marketing & Outreach Support**
- Support the business development team by participating in seminars, webinars, education fairs, and lead follow-ups.
- Contribute to social media content, testimonials, and case studies to promote success stories.

**7. Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure accurate data entry and file management as per internal compliance and company policy.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on student inquiries, conversions, and visa approvals.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of admission and visa policies of key European countries
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
