**Job Title**: Senior Business Development Executive (USA Shift)

**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (Monday-Friday)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through online platforms, networking, and cold calling.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients (primarily USA).
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign strategies and client outreach.
- Maintain reports of sales activities and update CRM regularly.
- Provide guidance and support to junior BDEs in achieving team targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **2-4 years of experience** in International Business Development / Sales (IT Services, Digital Marketing, or similar domains preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving targets in the international (USA) market.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in **night shifts (USA time zone)**.
