**Job Title**: Female Supervisor
**Location**: Ecotech-6 Kasna, Greater Noida
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (depending on interview and experience)
**Qualification**: Graduate (Fresher or Experienced)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shift Incharge Responsibilities**: Manage and supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts. Ensure that work processes are carried out smoothly, meeting company standards and deadlines.
- **Team Management**: Handle a team of female workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring optimal productivity.
- **Workforce Coordination**: Organize and supervise work schedules, ensuring proper allocation of resources, and maintain discipline within the team.
- **Training & Support**: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure high standards of work quality and performance.
- **Reporting**: Keep track of team performance and provide regular reports to senior management regarding shift progress, challenges, and any necessary interventions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handle any operational issues or conflicts that arise during the shift, taking quick action to resolve them effectively.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and any other relevant guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of female workers.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address operational issues quickly and effectively.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**: Must be flexible and open to working in shifts as required.
