**US Accounting Executive**

**About Us**

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd partners with international clients to provide top-quality accounting services. We are looking for a US Accounting Executive who is eager to work with US clients, gain exposure to international standards, and grow into senior finance roles.

**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹100,000 per month

**Experience**: 1 to 2 year preferred

**Key Responsibilities**
- Has deep experience in US-based accounting and understands compliance
- Skilled in QuickBooks Online and Xero; comfortable setting up, cleaning, and managing client books
- Strong with financial reporting, tax returns, and reconciliations
- Proactive communicator who can flag issues and suggest fixes clearly
- Comfortable working independently on month-end and year-end closes
- Knows how to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks under pressure

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience with US clients and US GAAP (preferred)
- Expertise in QuickBooks (certification is a plus)
- Hands-on knowledge of QBO, Xero, Zoho
- Strong accounting systems understanding and data cleanup skills
- Advanced MS Excel and analytical ability

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (US Shift)
