**Summary**
Responsible on a day-to-day basis for the administration, co-ordination, logistics and reporting for projects as required by Client/Senior Project Manager/Project Manager.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Arranging and scheduling project events (e.g. Project meetings, User Acceptance Testing, project pilots etc) as requested and as required within the project plan.
- Coordination of logistics for projects / programme events, including purchasing, vendor management, accruals, quality control, shipping and receiving.
- Project materials management.
- Communicating all necessary updates with project/process owners, business partners, senior management and stakeholders.
- Administration of project reviews, gathering and analysing information via reports and other key performance measures to provide project updates and support.
- Update of project reporting/planning reports as directed.
- To ensure that all policies and the Corporate Values of the Company are actively promoted and implemented at all times.

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience working in a project environment.
- Experience working in the in the training or consulting sector
- Excellent administration and good IT skills.
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- Excellent communication skills.
- Networking skills.
- Strong experience using standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, MS Project)
**Desirable Requirements**
- Recognised Project Management Qualification
- Language skills
