**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas and design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user experience goals and deliverables.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on feedback.
- Ensure consistency in design language, style, and branding across all platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in **Figma** and other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and best practices.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience conducting **user research**, **A/B testing**, and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
