Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end design of digital products, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that balance functionality and aesthetics.- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.- Advocate for user-centered design principles and usability best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team.Required Skills and Qualifications :- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or tech-driven environment.- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly.- Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum development environments.- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
