**Key Responsibilities**
- **Menu Development**:

- Design and develop traditional and contemporary North Indian dishes.
- Introduce seasonal specials and innovative recipes that cater to customer preferences.
- Ensure a balance of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
- **Food Preparation and Cooking**:

- Prepare high-quality North Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, bread, rice dishes, and desserts.
- Utilize authentic techniques and ingredients to maintain authenticity.
- Manage portion sizes and presentation to ensure consistency.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen as per health and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels of North Indian spices and ingredients, ensuring timely replenishment.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all dishes meet established standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.
- Regularly taste-test dishes to uphold quality and consistency.
- **Collaboration and Training**:

- Work closely with the management to align culinary offerings with business goals.
- Train junior chefs and kitchen staff in North Indian cooking techniques.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them when appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
